Recipe - Caviar Canap├ęs



(for 4 people)


16 mini blinis

200 ml crème fraîche

30g caviar

8 sprigs fresh chives, cut into 2cm pieces




Warm blinis for 5 minutes in preheated oven (180 C)

Remove from oven and arrange on serving tray

Place one teaspoon crème fraîche on each blini

Use a mother of pearl spoon to gently place a spoonful of caviar on top of the crèmefraîche

Top with 2 - 3 pieces of chives

Serve immediately. With champagne.
