Product Description

Made only from blended Foie Gras. Can be used for many different applications in the kitchen for example - tasty canapé toasts. It can be kept for several years, and its texture improves over time.

Keep your Goose Foie Gras in the fridge for 12 hours before using. Quickly run the tin under hot water to aid removal from the tin, and then run a knife under hot water to help with slicing.

Sprinkle some Goose Foie Gras cubes and some slices of smoked Duck Breast over your winter or summer salads. A drizzle of fig-scented balsamic vinegar or vinocotto works beautifully.
