Product Description

This rendered fat comes from the same geese that produce our Edouard Artzner foie gras. It makes the best roast potatoes...

Recipe: Place chopped potatoes in cool water and bring to the boil gently. Simmer for a further 5 minutes, drain and let dry in the colander. Give them a shake around to rough up the edges a little. Place on a tray with preheated goose fat and ensure all potatoes have a good coating of the fat. Sprinkle with salt flakes and a little ground white pepper and roast until golden and crispy (approx 45mins) turning once.
