and you will get the most amazing and intense flavor!

 

It really adds a new dimension to your dishes in nearly everything: as a dry rub on meats before cooking it, as a sprinkle on top of fish with an olive oil drizzle,

 in rice, pasta or risotto dishes. It's beautiful on salmon, potatoes, steamed vegetables, pork, chicken, seafood, red sauces and white sauces. 

It makes fabulous ice creams, adds a very special touch to fruit-based preparation, to creme brulee and other desserts. And it can even be infused to make herbal tea!
