
BLACK TRUFFLE TARTLETTESIngredients (for 4 people):
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut 8 circles of pastry with pastry cutter. Place 4 circles of pastry on baking paper. Place one slice of foie gras in the centre of each pastry circle. Cover with thinly sliced truffles, then another slice of foie gras. Top with another circle of pastry. Baste each tartlette with a beaten egg yolk. Cook in a a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes |
