Founded in 2006 by Frenchman Philippe (The Truffle Man) and his Australian born wife, Amanda, the company now supplies many gourmet restaurants in Australia with fresh seasonal truffles, Caviar House and Prunier's Caviars, foie gras, bottarga, tonka beans as well as champagnes from the celebrated Jacques Selosse, Vilmart, Bertrand Devavry, and the renowned Gitton Pere et Fils Sancerre wines.

The Truffleman is also able to provide many corporate services including the organization of gastronomic meals using our products and champagne sabering events.
